iPhone 13 Pro Giveaway Contest Official Rules

The iPhone 13 Pro Giveaway Contest (the “Contest”) period will run from October 1, 2021, to October 31, 2021, at 11.59 PM Pacific time (the “Contest Period”). By entering this Contest, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

All orders placed and paid with writemyessays.net within the above-stated period enter the Contest automatically. Each order is assigned a unique ID number. Canceled and fraud orders cannot participate.

Winners of the Contest will be chosen at random using the random.org website on November 1, 2021, among all eligible orders (order ID numbers). Highest number of orders does not guarantee the win and/or any compensation.

The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within 7 days of the Contest winner’s drawing with instructions on how to claim the prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, writemyessays.net reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner or cancel the prize.

Prize

The prize is 1 (one) Apple iPhone 13 Pro. The color is not determined or fixed and will depend on the product availability. The prize is subject to availability, and writemyessays.net reserves the right to substitute it with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is not transferable. No responsibility can be accepted for orders (order ID numbers) not included in the drawing for whatever reason.

The giveaway is open to registered writemyessays.net users from any country or state, save for the states where the terms of this Contest are not compliance with the effective state laws. However, we do not guarantee the prize delivery to the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, Islamic Republic of Iran, the Crimea region, and other areas where the delivery is or will be exceedingly complicated or impossible due to circumstances beyond our control.

You may also receive a possibility to participate in the Contest without acquisition of the Services of writemyessays.net (alternate method of entry “AMOE”): A person can request participation in the Contest without ordering services from writemyessays.net by mailing within the Contest Period a legibly handwritten letter with in a stamped envelope with sufficient postage and a return address, including first and last name, email address and phone number, street address, city, state, and ZIP code and motivational letter why you should get the Prize in the Contest and how it will help your use of writemyessays.net and its services to:

Upon receipt of your motivational letter during the Contest Period and review of all details as requested above you will be included in the list of contestants and will participate in the Contest. Mail-in requests and outer envelope must be handwritten. Outer envelope must include a return address in the upper left hand corner that matches the requestor’s street address, and must be postmarked no sooner than October 01, 2021 and be received by no later than October 28, 2021.
